La Fermette stands on over an acre of land surrounded by green fields, trees and cows and yet is only minutes drive from market towns and all amenities.

Downstairs there is:

• A large, oak beamed sitting room with granite fireplace and feature wall. There is ample seating, a TV with FreeSat English channels as well as some European channels and a range of games, books and DVDs. There is a wood burning stove for use in the colder seasons.
• A large kitchen/dining room with dining table for six, a double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and a wide range of cooking utensils.
• A single bedroom with countryside views.
• A cloakroom with basin and w.c.
• Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
• Bedroom one has a double and a single bed with views to the front of the house.
• Bedroom two has twin beds with views over the countryside.
• Bathroom one has bath, shower over, basin and w.c.
• Bathroom two has shower, basin and w.c.
• White cotton sheets and towels are provided for your stay and a hairdryer is available for your use.

Please note the stairs to the first floor are steep.
