4. Pay non-returnable deposit – 25% of rental
5. Pay balance and security deposit (£100) four weeks prior to stay. Security Deposit will be returned after property departure inspection, subject to no damage or excessive cleaning requirement.

NB Please leave the house as you would like to find it.  The rental covers light cleaning of the property in readiness for next guests.
