La Boulangerie

Phase two of the development at L'Aide Frechu is now complete. This is the former bakery which served the farm in days gone by.

Grain would be kept on the first floor and sent down a chute to the ground floor where it was ground into flour and made into bread which was then baked in the open bread oven - much like a pizza oven.

Although small in size this building makes cosy accommodation for two.

The one up, one down, 'La Boulangerie' has a ground floor room with kitchen and sitting area. Double glazed French windows lead to the garden.

A steep open tread staircase rises to the first floor where a twin room with shower room is located. This room has a large, glazed door with views over the surrounding countryside.

The property is enhanced by the original oak beams and granite framed bread oven.

As with La Fermette the property will have a tasteful blend of the old and the new, with clean lines and white linen.

Guests also have use of the laundry and playroom in the basement of La Fermette

A special offer of only £200 per week is underway until the end of 2018. This gives people the opportunity to try out at very low cost. Please email to book!
